The ONE Club is an exclusive community platform for creative professionals that provides:

  • Membership tiers and exclusive benefits

3. Membership and Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We offer various membership tiers with different benefits and fees. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Benefits and pricing are subject to change with notice.

4. Member Conduct and Responsibilities

As a member of The ONE Club, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Update your information to keep it current

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members or users
  • Post or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to promote competing communities
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for content you post. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Payments and Billing

8.1 Membership Fees

Certain membership tiers require payment of fees. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specified in writing.

8.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

8.3 Subscription Renewals

Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify membership fees with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect existing memberships until the next renewal cycle.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms the community.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. No refund of fees will be provided for termination due to violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available without interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ONE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DAMAGE TO DEVICES OR SOFTWARE
  • ACTIONS TAKEN BY OR AGAINST MEMBERS
  • CONTENT POSTED BY THIRD PARTIES

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The ONE Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post or share

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Singapore law.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be highlighted, and we may provide additional notice for significant modifications.
